Description
RARE! An amazing find that’s suited to the bold and daring, statement-making designer or upcycler.
This 1960s Bloomcraft upholstery fabric packs the triple punch with intense colors, large-scale expressive design, and a textured fabric surface that lends added richness and sophistication to this avant garde period piece.
Oversized leaves with sun print style veining echo the elephant skin effect of the fabric’s tactile hand. A mid to heavy weight cotton-linen blend is also Zeppel coated for stain resistance and will hold up to heavy duty use, for example if made into decorative pillows for an AirBnb or Rec Room, or used to recover interior facets of a camper.
With up to 6 continuous yards available, there’s enough to re-do a small-sized settee, re-upholster a living room chair, make a room divider screen, stunning shower curtains (line them), re-do a dining booth, make curtains, or upcycle and re-sell as a vintage pillow collection and more — use your imagination!
FIBER: Cotton-linen blend, mid-to heavy weight, Zeppel coated.
COLORS: The pics don’t perfectly capture the colors which are SO intense. On a pumpkin orange background are veins of burnt orange, avocado flesh (not the darker olive it appears), bubble gum pink, and deep lavender.
SIZE: 54″ wide + .5″ selvage each side x 1 yard increments with up to six yards available.
CONDITION: Superior!
