RARE! Payne’s 1970s “Courtleigh” #81476 in sunflower is a happy, uplifting piece full of muted yet vivid color that’s as modern today as it was in the early 1970s. See the pic with this on a chair to get an idea of how it could be used in a chair of your own — whether the seat and back of a dining chair, or the central part of a club chair with complimentary fabrics on the arms/back etc.
FIBER: 100% linen, midweight,nubbly texture. It is handprinted!
COLORS:Called “sunflower” this piece corresponds to today’s illuminating yellow and also has mustard, sky blue, turquoise, chartreuse, grass green, burnt orange, lemon, and milk chocolate brown.
SIZE: 23″ wide x 46″ long. The full central motif is 15″ wide (or go full width to 23″) by 20.5″ high (minus the tulips above and below). The half motif at the top is 13″ high and 15″ wide (or go full width to 23″).
CONDITION: Excellent!
