The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I accept returns for other items in the same condition as received. All fabric must be in ironed condition as that is how I send it out, with no smoke or pet smells upon return. I don’t accept returns on custom requests/orders, fabric cut to your yard specifications, sale/discounted items, and anything seasonal or holiday-themed (Easter, Halloween, Valentine’s, Christmas, etc.). Read my return and cancellation policy for timing. Customer pays return shipping. As a small, non-corporate business, items over $35 that were shipped for free will be refunded less the original shipping cost paid by Lady Virginia Vintage.
Free ground, first class, or media mail shipping on purchases over $35. (If you want a shipping upgrade you must pay for the shipping). I ship M-S via USPS with insurance and tracking. I ship worldwide too. I can offer expedited shipping, delivery confirmation, or whatever you want if you email me to convo and I’ll create a special order for you to add to your order. Items over $35 get free domestic shipping. On returns, customers must pay for the return shipping and your refund will be the item amount minus the original shipping expense paid by Lady Virginia Vintage.
I accept payment through major credit cards and Google Pay.
