Shrooms, man!
This piece is on urban mushroom collection (foraging) and mushroom cultivation. The chapbook essay to come will include other key aspects of how mushrooms can help in cities, notably through pollution and toxic waste mitigation as well as water filtration, soil revitalization and other beneficial practices.
For now it’s back to the studio for my next piece which is on aquaponics.
